This pancake mix pays homage to a grandmother who reminded us we needed just an egg, oil, a pinch of salt, and milk till you notice the batter is ready. No doubt the pancakes were perfect every time, and were a family favorite, but impossible to replicate. Named after my sister, Megan and pancake connoisseur, our hope is to give you the opportunity to create homemade memories with your family for generations to come.
